As a general rule, our consulting business does not accept refunds for services rendered. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. This is to ensure that our time and resources are allocated appropriately and to maintain the quality of our consulting services.

Refund Process

In the case of an accidental payment, and upon approval, we will process the refund after deducting nominal charges. These charges are to cover the transaction fees and other charges we incur while processing the refund.
